Refund/Cancellation Policy

While we provide design services to customers free of charge, we reserve the right to retain 30% of the manpower hours cost if a customer cancels an order and requests a refund. This deduction compensates for the time and effort our team invested in the project. We believe in being transparent about our refund policy and strive for customer satisfaction in all our services.

User Conduct for Our Website

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, send, post, or otherwise share through our website. Return and Refund Policy

If your order is defective or printed incorrectly, notify us within 3 business days of receiving it. We will reprint your order but do not issue refunds. Photos and the defective order must be sent to us within 7 business days at your own expense. Expedited order fees are non-refundable.

Payment, Order Placement & Cancellations

Oasis Packaging Limited processes payments for Aly Packaging in USD. Orders are processed once full payment, including taxes and shipping, is received. After proof approval, you have a 4-hour window to cancel with a $25 fee and a 5% deduction from your payment. Cancellation after 24 hours incurs a 50% charge. Once printing begins, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Design Orders

Design service orders are final and non-refundable.

Tax Policy

We charge sales tax on all applicable orders unless you provide a valid tax-exempt certificate at the time of ordering.

Customer-Submitted Artwork and Files

Submit artwork in CMYK format at 300 dpi in final size. We are not responsible for issues such as blurriness, pixelation, or color changes from converting files to CMYK. You are responsible for file accuracy, orientation, and alignment. We may reject any order we consider unlawful or in violation of third-party rights.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

Carefully review your proof before approval. We are not responsible for errors in the final product once approved. Colors may vary due to printing limitations and coatings; exact matches are not guaranteed unless you purchase a hard copy proof (additional charges apply).

No Liability for Errors

We are not responsible for errors such as spelling mistakes, overprinting issues, or size variations within trade tolerance. We may deliver up to 5% more or fewer items than ordered, consistent with industry practice.

Production Time, Delivery, and Shipping

Production time begins once proof approval and payment are received. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, shipping carriers, or technical issues. Additional shipping charges apply for incorrect addresses.

Changes to Terms and Website

We reserve the right to change our website and these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
