If you experience any issues with your order—such as printing errors, defects, or deviations from the agreed specifications—please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Aly Packaging does not offer full refunds; however, we will reprint your entire order at no additional cost if the error is confirmed to be on our end. All defects will be reviewed and verified by our in-house quality control team.

To qualify for a reprint, the full order must be shipped back to us within 7 business days at the customer’s expense. Please include clear details of the defect along with any supporting documents or digital photos so we can correct the issue and reprint your order accurately.

While our design services are provided free of charge, if a customer requests a refund and cancels an order, we reserve the right to retain 30% of the manpower hours cost to cover the time and effort invested in the project. We believe in being transparent about our refund policy and always strive for customer satisfaction.

If the issue is determined to be on the customer’s side and a refund is still requested, the complete order must be returned to Aly Packaging. The refund amount will be issued after deducting the costs for product setup and shipping.
